Circa 80 BC. Silver, 3.87 grams. 18.98 mm. Obverse: Draped bust of Roma right wearing Paulo-Corinthian helmet with eagle-head crest and side plumes. ROMA behind. Reverse: C. PUBLIC. Q. F, Hercules striding left, wrestling with Nemean lion. Club on ground between feet, bow and quiver with arrows in left field. Ref: Crawford 380. A nice example with beautiful old cabinet tone.
