Description
Circa, 15 BC – 10 AD. Gold, 1.13 grams. 11.10 mm. Obverse: Wreath crossed by line of pellets, crescent and two rings forming a face in two opposing quarters, stylised locks of hair and cloak in the other quarters. Reverse: Horse right with pelleted mane, pellet in front and another beneath, pellet in plain ring above and below. Ref: ABC 1462. BMC 3428.
