Medieval bronze coin-weight. Circa 15th century AD. 7.59 g, 16mm. Circular-shaped coin weight for a gold ryal, issued by Edward IV between 1464 and 1470. The obverse depicts a single-masted sailing vessel with the king standing on deck, holding a sword and shield with the arms of England, rose below. The reverse is flat and undecorated..
